Welcome to YOG (K)O(SH)A

I, Jiya Mishra Saklani, the teacher at 'YOG (K)O(SH)A:', started my journey of Yoga as a student in April, 2019, and as a teacher in January, 2022. There are no coincidences, and my Yoga-Journey is its perfect example! As I healed my own physical and mental discomforts and paved my path to glorious health through consistent practice, my transformation was witnessed by many.

Here are some physical and mental discomforts that I treated within me:

  1. Cervical Pain (Diagnosed)
  2. Debilitating lower back pain due to 2 major operations.
  3. Knee Pain
  4. Motion sickness
  5. Severe Anxiety (Diagnosed)
  6. Thyroid (7.5) (Diagnosed)
  7. Reduced 10 Kg in 8 months
  8. Reduced unwanted, unnecessary stress

I knew that there was more to Yoga because it felt magical! As my friends and family showed interest in learning Yoga from me, I knew it was my time to learn it professionally. Here are a few feathers I hold in my cap:

In the short span, 'YOG (K)O(SH)A:' has reached a count of 60+ people, and we currently have practitioners across the world - USA, Australia, New Zealand, Dubai, Nigeria, and my very homeland Bharat/India. Knowing each one of them and going through their journey of transformation is like living the magic of Yoga time and again. Working on each health profile has made my faith stronger that Yoga can heal people, and there are researches across the world as evidence!
